Project Manager – Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead marketing and agency projects for a growing creative firm in Tunbridge Wells. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage marketing and agency projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks or issues during execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and regular reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on status and milestones.

Required profile

• Experience managing projects within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing and agency operations.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools and methodologies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
