Project Manager – Mechanical Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead complex, high‑value mechanical solutions projects from contract award through to completion. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery while building strong client relationships and upholding our company values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple medium‑ and large‑scale projects end‑to‑end, meeting contractual, technical, commercial and operational goals.
• Develop project plans, resource schedules and timelines, proactively managing risks and milestones.
• Control project budgets, invoicing, change orders and variations to maximise profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore teams and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support activities.
• Ensure compliance with governance, contractual obligations, company procedures and financial controls.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, technical specifications and tracking systems.
• Support client meetings, technical proposals, tender activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in engineering, offshore or related industries.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects, including modifications, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate teams and build relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
