Project Manager – Media Supply Chain & Integration (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are supporting a major global organisation undergoing a large‑scale technology transformation. The Project Manager will join a fast‑paced programme delivering change across Media Supply Chain, Cloud Services and Platform Integration, coordinating multiple workstreams in a hybrid London setting.

Key responsibilities

• Track milestones, actions, dependencies and delivery progress across several workstreams.
• Support programme planning, sprint activities and PI Planning cycles.
• Maintain delivery plans, Jira boards, Monday.com trackers and programme documentation.
• Ensure cross‑functional teams stay aligned on priorities and timelines.
• Maintain RAID logs, produce concise updates for leadership and steering forums.
• Coordinate integration and platform delivery activity with product, technology, architecture and operational teams.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder meetings, acting as a bridge between technical and non‑technical groups.
• Support rollout planning, operational readiness and transition into business as usual.

Required profile

• Experience supporting technology, systems or transformation programmes.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence or Monday.com (or similar delivery tools).
• Solid understanding of project governance, reporting and risk management.
