Project Manager - Nature Recovery

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑focused Project Manager to lead nature recovery and land‑management projects for farmers and landowners in the South West. This senior position offers the chance to shape sustainable land‑use practices while delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large‑scale stewardship and land‑management projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Apply structured project‑management methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and client‑facing teams to maximise project outcomes.
• Support and develop junior project managers, with potential future line‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in a commercial environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with accountability for results.
• Leadership capability and a proactive approach.
• Passion for farming, land management and the rural economy.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience; project‑management qualification desirable.
