Project Manager – New Product Team (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a brand‑new product team that is building the next generation of risk‑reading solutions for global financial institutions. You will help shape the team’s processes from day one, working in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment backed by a Tier‑1 business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive agile product discovery and delivery across a portfolio of early‑stage propositions.
• Own risk management and project governance as the team scales.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner closely with product, engineering and data teams to define and ship new features.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience as an agile Project Manager.
• Proven ability to manage 0‑to‑1 initiatives and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong understanding of risk management and project governance.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship).

• Base salary £70,000‑£80,000 plus a 10 % performance bonus.
