Project Manager – Pre‑Construction

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and develop a brand‑new pre‑construction team in Bristol. You will play a pivotal role in delivering multi‑million‑pound energy projects, shaping the team’s processes and driving successful bids.
Key responsibilities
- Build, mentor and manage a dedicated pre‑construction team.
- Attend bid and design meetings, liaise with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender packages, responding to client queries.
- Estimate preliminary costs, including materials, plant, preliminaries and labour.
- Develop cost‑priced plans and schedule tenders for large‑scale energy projects.
Required profile
- Proven project management experience within the construction industry.
- Desire to progress into a pre‑construction leadership role.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and cost estimation.

- Salary £60,000‑£65,000 per year (OTE up to £75,000 with bonus).
