Project Manager – Product Development Integration & Launch

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and launch of new products at our Wolverhampton manufacturing facility. You will act as the bridge between Industrial Design and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless transition from concept to full‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, coordinating design, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Plan, direct and monitor project timelines, budgets and resources to achieve on‑time, on‑budget launches.
• Provide manufacturing input throughout product development and support plant operations during integration.
• Analyse production times, staffing needs and capability to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to define specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including DFM, DFA, waste reduction and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Business (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Significant experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment with strong production exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Commercial awareness and technical strength.
