Project Manager – Residential Apartments

About the role

The role involves leading the delivery of a £15 million private residential apartment scheme in High Wycombe. You will be the site lead for a 5‑/6‑storey concrete‑frame block, responsible for programme, quality, health & safety and client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivering the £15 million residential apartment scheme.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, programme and subcontractor performance.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Oversee works on a concrete‑frame residential block of approximately 5‑/6 storeys.
• Drive quality, health & safety and site presentation across the project.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control, variations and forecasting.
• Manage design coordination, technical queries and buildability issues.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme.
• Produce regular project updates and report to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants and supply chain.
• Lead by example and create a well‑organised, positive site environment.

Required profile

• Strong main‑contracting background.
• Proven experience delivering residential or mixed‑use schemes, preferably around £10‑15 million.
• Experience as a Project Manager leading projects as the primary site lead.

• Salary up to £90,000 per year plus additional package.
