Project Manager – Retail & Hospitality (US focus)

About the role

We are seeking a talented, creative and resourceful Project Manager to join our London office. The role will primarily support and lead projects for the US market while collaborating with international teams across Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail and hospitality projects from inception to completion, focusing on US‑based assignments.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables, coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Oversee creation and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models and renders, ensuring compliance with CAD standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, production, logistics) across time zones to deliver cohesive executions.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and conduct regular risk assessments and status updates.
• Manage on‑site implementation, logistics and contractor coordination for US executions.
• Serve as primary client contact, translate briefs into proposals, and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience creating 3D models and renderings.
