Project Manager (Returners Programme)

About the role

FDM Group is seeking experienced professionals to join its Returners Programme as Project Managers. This role is designed for individuals who have taken a career break of at least one year and are ready to re‑enter the workforce with full training, coaching, and a clear career path in business and technology consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project management services to clients across FDM’s practice areas, including Software Engineering, Change & Transformation, IT Operations, Data & Analytics, and Risk & Compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and budgets while adhering to FDM’s quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the consultancy.

Required profile

• Career break of 1+ year and a desire to return to work.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial industry experience.
• Strong interest in both business and technology.
• Commitment to at least two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
