Project Manager - Safety Critical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an award‑winning engineering software organisation that delivers safety‑critical and embedded systems for the aerospace sector. The role is contract‑based (12 months) and can be performed remotely, supporting a team that builds mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Embed best‑practice project controls and improve governance and reporting.
• Strengthen risk and change management processes across the programme.
• Drive delivery confidence and ensure timely software delivery in a safety‑critical environment.
• Collaborate with large aerospace stakeholders to align project objectives.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience, preferably in complex technical environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience delivering software in safety‑critical aerospace contexts.
• Familiarity with large aerospace organisations and their processes.
