Project Manager – Structured Cabling & Telecom

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in structured cabling and telecommunications to join a growing company delivering infrastructure projects across the UK and overseas. You will lead projects from concept through to completion, combining business development, surveying, quotation preparation, and on‑site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct site surveys, produce accurate technical solutions, and prepare detailed quotations.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects, managing internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and resources to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and communicate regularly with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within structured cabling or telecommunications.
• Hands‑on experience installing copper and fibre cabling systems, including containment and data racks.
• Knowledge of JSP453 standards is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the UK and able to travel to sites across the country.
