Project Manager – Super‑Prime Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead super‑prime residential projects ranging from £2 million to £8 million. You will be responsible for delivering high‑spec private homes across Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, working closely with clients, consultants and a trusted subcontractor base.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle management of high‑end residential schemes from pre‑construction to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure safe, on‑time delivery.
• Control programme, cost and quality while maintaining rigorous health & safety standards.
• Coordinate design information, client requirements and consultant inputs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering bespoke residential projects in the £2 m‑£8 m range.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishes and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Detail‑driven with a commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
• Relevant certifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
