Project Manager – Technology (AI) & Operations (12‑month FTC)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, including IT operations, software platforms, digital products, automation and AI‑enabled solutions. The role offers exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies and AI products, providing a unique chance to broaden experience across modern technology delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects from planning through implementation and transition into business‑as‑usual.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Support delivery of software development, SaaS platforms, operational technology and AI‑enabled products.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or waterfall approaches as appropriate and facilitate planning, prioritisation and progress tracking.
• Coordinate launch readiness, deployment planning, communications and post‑launch activities.
• Establish effective governance, monitor budgets and KPIs, and manage RAID logs.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology teams and third‑party vendors.
• Support organisational change, readiness and smooth service transition into support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology programmes, preferably involving AI, automation or cloud environments.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and implementation partners.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid approaches.
• SaaS platform implementation.
• AI‑enabled product delivery.
• Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
