Project Manager – Technology Programs (Blockchain)

About the role

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology programmes in the blockchain and distributed ledger space for financial services clients. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and to the high standards expected by our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of technology programmes, acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Own project governance, including stakeholder mapping, steering committees and documentation such as charters and status reports.
• Maintain the project plan and RAID log, focusing on technical dependencies between blockchain components, APIs and client infrastructure.
• Coordinate workstreams from requirements through design, development, testing and go‑live, collaborating closely with engineering and business analysis teams.
• Build and manage relationships with client and internal stakeholders, tailoring communication from technical leads to C‑suite executives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering technology or software development programmes, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, post‑trade infrastructure or digital asset ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
