Project & Operations Lead – Sales Department

About the role

This newly created position sits within the growing Sales Department and works closely with the Sales Director. You will take ownership of client projects after the sale is confirmed, ensuring every brief is captured, prioritised and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Pre‑Production and Production Managers to guarantee timely actions that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with the wider Sales team to keep client projects on schedule.
• Work with the Administration Manager to align overlapping admin tasks.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to meet dispatch deadlines for client orders.
• Manage assigned client portfolios and provide regular progress reports to the Sales Director.
• Adhere to all company policies and performance targets.

• Excellent written English, strong numeracy and organisational abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
