Project Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Our client, a Tonbridge‑based main contractor with a 50‑year history, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. The role will support a portfolio of community projects – schools, libraries, leisure centres and housing – valued between £5 million and £20 million.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying services for projects valued between £5 million and £20 million.
• Support the commercial team in delivering community projects such as schools, libraries, leisure centres and housing.

Required profile

• BSc Quantity Surveying or BSc Construction Management qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with main contractors.
• Stable employment record – no more than three roles in the last five years.
• Experience delivering projects for schools, leisure centres, NHS facilities and office fit‑outs.
