Project Quantity Surveyor – London

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is a progressive, client‑focused consultancy looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding London team. You will manage cost‑related activities across a varied portfolio that includes commercial, residential, life‑science and mixed‑use schemes, supporting projects from feasibility through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans and feasibility estimates for new schemes.
• Manage procurement and tender processes, ensuring value for money.
• Administer contracts, handling valuations, variations and cost reporting.
• Provide commercial guidance to clients and project teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support end‑to‑end project delivery.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Progressing towards MRICS qualification or recently chartered.
• Experience in a consultancy or main‑contractor environment.
• Proven delivery experience across commercial, residential, life‑science or mixed‑use projects.
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness.
