Project Resource Scheduler

About the role

The Project Resource Scheduler will coordinate daily work activities across a nationwide network of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring client service level agreements are met and operational efficiency is maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate daily tasks to operatives and subcontractors, monitoring workloads and resource availability.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams, providing updates and support.
• Enter and maintain accurate timesheet data for operational activity.
• Act as primary contact for clients, landlords, delivery partners and internal stakeholders, delivering progress updates and handling queries.
• Organise kick‑off calls, arrange property access, and support landlord engagement.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers such as traffic management, material providers, pest control and electricians.
• Prepare resident communications, manage complaint handling and ensure professional issue resolution.
• Review photographic evidence and project documentation, escalating quality concerns when needed.
• Manage work orders through internal and client systems, ensuring records are complete and up‑to‑date for billing.
