Project Support Coordinator – £30k + Bonus

About the role

Our client, a well‑established high‑end organisation in the South East, is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join the team in West Molesey. The role bridges the gap between customers and internal departments, ensuring projects move smoothly from order confirmation through to production while maintaining high standards of service and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project records and keep internal systems up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate project schedules and liaise with internal teams such as design, manufacturing and logistics.
• Review and verify project documentation before production.
• Support the preparation and distribution of project information and documentation.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring they meet internal quality standards.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the wider project team.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project support, project administration or sales administration.
• Background in a technical, construction, manufacturing or design environment.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, solution‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
