Project/Process Engineer – Desalination Projects

About the role

ACCIONA Water is looking for a Project/Process Engineer to join its engineering services team in London. The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of large‑scale desalination plants, preparing technical documentation, creating project presentations, estimating costs and leading client workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare process and technical documentation for large‑scale desalination projects.
• Develop high‑quality project presentations and technical proposals for internal and client use.
• Produce preliminary cost estimates, budgets and commercial evaluations.
• Plan, facilitate and deliver workshops with clients to present and validate proposed technical solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance project development and client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in engineering, preferably in water treatment or desalination.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
