Projects & Business Communications Internship

About the role

BritBox International is seeking a motivated student to join its Projects & Business Communications team in London. This 12‑month part‑time internship will support cross‑functional projects and help shape strategic communications across the business, with full‑time hours during the summer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing cross‑functional projects, tracking objectives, timelines, dependencies and outcomes.
• Support the creation of strategic communications such as leadership updates, company‑wide meetings and priority initiative briefings.
• Translate complex data and initiatives into clear, high‑quality presentations and materials for varied stakeholder groups.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and contribute to problem‑solving to keep initiatives on track.
• Help maintain and update the Delivery Team project roadmap, ensuring visibility of priorities and dependencies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably studying Business, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across product, technology, data, editorial and strategy teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for creating presentations and documents.
