Projects Coordinator – Leighton Buzzard

About the role

The Projects Coordinator will act as the central hub for all project activity, ensuring projects are planned, tracked and communicated from order through to final installation. You will work closely with multiple departments, managing timelines, coordinating resources and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate new projects upon order confirmation and set clear production, purchasing and installation timelines.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules visible to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and installation teams to align activities with project requirements.
• Track progress against milestones, identify potential delays early and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project records, documentation and regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator, Purchasing or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
• Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and ability to resolve issues quickly.
