Property Auction Business Development Agent

About the role

The Auction Company is looking for motivated individuals to join its national network as Property Auction Business Development Agents. You will refer auction‑ready properties from your existing estate‑agency contacts and earn commission on each successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and refer at least one auction property per week from your network.
• Maintain regular communication with estate agents, solicitors and developers.
• Follow the company’s referral process and use provided tools to track progress.
• Achieve weekly referral targets and contribute to the growth of the auction platform.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge of the property industry is advantageous.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to follow a defined process.
• No prior auction experience required.
• Strong network of estate‑agency contacts.
