Property Consultant – Corporate Asset Management

About the role

Join Spicerhaart Corporate Sales as a Property Consultant, supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across the UK. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth progression of property transactions while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prioritise your property caseload each morning in line with client service agreements.
• Maintain regular communication with corporate clients, providing updates and addressing enquiries.
• Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors and external agents to gather necessary documentation.
• Analyse third‑party reports, propose evidence‑based solutions and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Respond promptly to emails and calls, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Update internal systems in real time, keeping records, audit trails and client communications current.
