Property Consultant

About the role

Join Beresfords' market‑leading branch in Shenfield as a Property Consultant. Whether you are starting your career in estate agency or are an experienced professional, you will help clients buy, sell and let properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and guide clients through the sales process.
• Progress sales to completion, coordinating with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other parties.
• Collaborate with in‑house Mortgage & Protection Advisers to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
• Work with the Lettings team to identify additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• Motivated and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• For senior candidates: proven experience in estate agency and a track record of meeting sales targets.
