Property Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Coordinator to join our Lettings Support Centre in Leighton Buzzard. In this customer‑focused position you will act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination of inspections, repairs and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and oversee property inspections, repairs and routine visits.
• Liaise with contractors to confirm that safety and maintenance work is completed to standard.
• Process insurance claims for repair work where financially viable for the client.
• Issue payments promptly for contractors, deposits and landlord invoices.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Solid administrative experience, preferably within property or lettings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
