Property Liability Claims Technician – Wirral

About the role
The Property / Household Claims Technician will be based in our Wirral office and manage a portfolio of property liability claims. You will work closely with solicitors, adjusters, brokers and policyholders to achieve fair settlements.
Key responsibilities
- Handle property liability and third‑party property damage claims, including impact damage, water ingress and construction issues.
- Liaise with solicitors, adjusters, brokers, policyholders and other parties throughout the claims process.
- Negotiate equitable settlements under delegated authority.
- Assess claim documentation and determine liability.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling property or property liability claims.
- Strong understanding of claim assessment and settlement negotiation.
- Ability to work independently under delegated authority.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with legal and insurance professionals.
