Property Lister

About the role

We are looking for experienced estate and letting agents to join our self‑employed Property Lister franchise. You will operate under the support of Kings Permanent Recruitment, using our brand, CRM and marketing tools to list and sell residential properties across South East England.

Key responsibilities

• Value and list residential sales and lettings properties.
• Manage client enquiries and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements and oversee the completion process.
• Utilise Rightmove, Zoopla and our proprietary CRM to market listings.
• Maintain relationships with prop‑tech suppliers and conveyancing partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an estate agent or letting agent.
• Proven ability to value properties and close sales.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to build and grow a personal portfolio.

Required skills

• Use of Rightmove and Zoopla platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems for property sales.
