Property Lister

About the role

Finders Keepers, a leading sales and letting agency in Oxfordshire, is seeking a Property Lister to join its Banbury office. The role focuses on generating new business, converting leads, and supporting the letting team with market appraisals and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a new business strategy to grow the office’s portfolio.
• Create contacts and leads through networking and local relationship building.
• Attend market appraisal appointments and promote the company’s services across all divisions.
• Convert new business opportunities into signed instructions.
• Proactively increase office income and lead by example.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in sales or lettings within an estate agency.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legal knowledge demonstrated by NFOPP Technical Award qualification.
