Property Lister / Valuer – East Ham

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Property Lister/Valuer to join a successful estate agency in East Ham. You will be responsible for winning new property instructions, delivering accurate valuations and providing a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and property valuations for residential clients.
• Win new instructions and convert opportunities into listings.
• Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to vendors.
• Prospect and network to generate new business.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process.
• Build long‑term relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with the branch team to maximise results and support the Branch Manager.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential estate agency, preferably as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator or Valuer.
• Commercially minded and target‑driven.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, organised and customer‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Basic salary £23,000 plus realistic OTE of £40,000+ with uncapped commission.
