Property Lister / Valuer

About the role

This position is focused on listing and valuing residential properties for a top‑rated brand in Kent. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where your earnings are directly linked to the results you achieve.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing advice to clients to secure premium sale prices.
• Identify new leads, generate business and convert valuations into active listings.
• Collaborate with the branch team to match buyers with suitable properties.
• Support branch management duties, including leading motivational morning meetings when the Branch Manager is absent.
• Maintain accurate records of valuations, listings and client interactions.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of £23,000 with guaranteed earnings for the first three months.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £40,000+ per annum.
