Property Litigation Associate

About the role

Join a busy and growing Real Estate Litigation team that advises commercial businesses, landlords, developers and high‑net‑worth individuals on a wide range of contentious property matters. Working closely with an industry‑leading Partner, you will manage your own caseload while collaborating on complex, high‑value disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle landlord‑tenant disputes, boundary issues, easements, rights of way and restrictive covenants.
• Manage possession claims, adverse possession matters and dilapidation disputes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements and court documents.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court officials throughout the litigation process.
• Assist the Partner on high‑value, multi‑party cases and contribute to team strategy.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with 2‑7 years PQE in property litigation.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
