Property Litigation Solicitor – 2-5 Years PQE

About the role

Join a well‑established, forward‑thinking firm as a Property Litigation Solicitor, handling a diverse range of property disputes. You will work on landlord‑tenant matters, boundary issues, TOLATA claims and professional negligence cases while supporting the broader commercial litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including landlord‑tenant, boundary, TOLATA and professional negligence claims.
• Provide support to the Commercial Litigation team on general dispute resolution work.
• Supervise and mentor junior members of the litigation team.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a broad property litigation caseload.
• Strong advocacy skills with confidence to represent clients.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience in landlord‑tenant and property dispute litigation.
• Knowledge of TOLATA and professional negligence claims.
