About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with at least three years of post‑qualification experience to join a Legal 500‑recognised firm in Oxfordshire. The role offers a varied caseload of contentious property matters and the chance to develop within a supportive, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of property disputes, including land, landlord‑tenant, and commercial real‑estate litigation.
• Provide commercially focused legal advice while maintaining high standards of client care and case management.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, delivering regular updates throughout each matter.
• Contribute to business development through networking and proactive client engagement.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE and proven experience in property litigation.
• Excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a busy, varied caseload independently.
