About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Surrey. The firm blends the resources of a large practice with the approachability of a smaller firm, offering a culture focused on work‑life balance, flexibility and no long hours.
Key responsibilities
- Handle landlord and tenant disputes for businesses, professional services firms and private individuals.
- Manage both commercial and residential property matters independently.
- Maintain a personal caseload and provide high‑quality service to clients.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience as a solicitor.
- Proven ability to manage an independent caseload.
- Strong client‑focused mindset with a track record of building client relationships.
