Property Litigation Solicitor (Hybrid)

About the role

A leading law firm is expanding its dispute resolution team and is looking for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor. The role is suitable for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to four years PQE who wants to develop a career in property litigation, working hybrid from Sussex and London offices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property‑related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, leaseholder disputes, possession claims, boundary and easement issues, forfeiture, dilapidations and breaches of covenant.
• Advise clients on both residential and commercial landlord‑tenant issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, business owners and corporate clients.
• Contribute to business development through networking and written contributions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic dispute resolution team.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• Up to 4 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.
• Excellent negotiation, organisational and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
