Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

Our client, a progressive specialist law firm, is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join its dedicated Property Litigation team. You will advise a diverse portfolio of landlords, tenants, management companies and property owners on a wide range of disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, written advice to clients on property‑related matters.
• Meet clients independently to take instructions and deliver counsel.
• Draft persuasive letters, statements of case, witness statements and other court documents.
• Attend court with counsel where appropriate and manage case progression.
• Participate in internal team meetings and firm‑wide initiatives.
• Promote the practice through networking events, articles, blogs and social media.
• Deliver seminars and workshops for existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional, confident and able to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Team‑player with a sense of humour and a proactive networking approach.
