Property Litigation Solicitor

About the role

Join a specialist Property Disputes team in Oxfordshire, handling complex residential and commercial matters. You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation while supporting the Head of Department and mentoring junior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex property litigation including boundary, title, adverse possession, easements, and restrictive covenants.
• Handle management company disputes, residential possession claims, business lease renewals, dilapidations, rights of light, and co‑ownership disputes.
• Support the Head of Department in practice development and business growth initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers.
• Contribute to business development activities and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
• Substantial experience in property disputes and strong commercial awareness.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality client service and winning new work.
• Confident in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice.
