We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a top‑ranking Legal 500 firm’s Dispute Resolution team in Colchester. The role focuses on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with property matters at its core, and offers a clear pathway for career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on property‑related litigation, including debt collection and construction disputes.
• Handle company and partnership litigation, contractual disputes, personal injury, and professional negligence cases.
• Work across fast‑track and multi‑track procedures, ensuring effective case strategy and client communication.
• Collaborate with senior partners to develop dispute resolution strategies and support business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated experience handling property disputes and related sectors.
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills with a client‑focused approach.
