Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join our growing Dispute Resolution team in Brighton/Hove. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or a professional with up to four years of post‑qualification experience to develop a career in high‑quality contentious property work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of property‑related disputes, including residential and commercial landlord‑tenant matters, possession claims and lease interpretation.
• Handle boundary, easement, rights‑of‑way and covenant breach cases.
• Provide strategic advice to landlords, property owners, investors and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
• 0–4 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation or related disputes.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with property litigation matters.
• Proficiency in modern case‑management systems.
