Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ‑4 years PQE) – Cambridge

About the role

This position is for an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected law firm in Cambridge. You will work within a collaborative property litigation team, handling a variety of residential and mixed‑use property disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise private individuals, landlords, tenants and larger organisations on contentious property matters.
• Manage housing‑related disputes arising from occupation, use and management of residential properties.
• Conduct residential landlord‑and‑tenant work and mixed‑use property litigation.
• Identify relevant legal principles and apply them to client cases.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 4 years PQE.
• Experience in housing management work, including residential landlord and tenant matters.
• Completed at least one seat in property litigation (housing) during training.
• Strong interest in advising clients on practical and legal issues of housing management.
