About the role

This senior position offers the chance to lead and expand a specialist Property Disputes practice within a top‑100 UK law firm. You will work closely with the Head of Property Disputes and the wider Real Estate team to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the London property litigation practice.
• Manage a complex caseload of commercial property disputes.
• Lead business development initiatives and nurture client and referrer relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior lawyers.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years post‑qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in commercial property disputes.
• Strong client‑management and commercially focused advisory skills.
• Existing client following or a credible business plan for the London market.
• Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
