Property Litigation Solicitor – Southampton

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 2‑5 years PQE to join our Dispute Resolution department in central Southampton. The role offers exposure to a high‑quality caseload covering both residential and commercial property matters for high‑net‑worth individuals, regional businesses and national brands.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide spectrum of property disputes, including covenants, easements and boundary issues.
• Handle enforcement of lease and sale agreements and conduct possession proceedings.
• Manage landlord‑and‑tenant matters such as 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents, represent clients in court and liaise with opposing parties.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience in property litigation.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a progressive practice.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time in a collaborative team.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of residential and commercial property law.
• Experience with possession proceedings and landlord‑tenant legislation.
• Strong analytical and advocacy abilities.
