Property Litigation Solicitor/Lawyer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base on a wide range of property disputes.
• Handle boundary and neighbour disputes, rights of way, easements and restrictive covenants.
• Manage adverse possession, landlord‑tenant, co‑ownership and proprietary estoppel matters.
• Deal with development, telecoms, property‑related trusts and probate disputes.
• Conduct mediation, alternative dispute resolution and represent clients in court proceedings.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
• Solid experience of handling complex disputes and a desire to specialise further.
• Ability to work independently while mentoring junior lawyers.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of English property law.
• Legal research, case management and drafting of pleadings.
• Negotiation, advocacy and mediation skills.
