Property Maintenance Administrator

About the role

Our client, a local maintenance contractor specialising in social housing repairs, is seeking a full‑time Property Maintenance Administrator to support the property services repairs team. The role centres on managing the daily diaries of allocated operatives and ensuring smooth coordination of repair work.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate work to operatives and plan their daily schedules.
• Run weekly job reports to confirm that all planned works are on track.
• Confirm appointments with residents and communicate any changes.
• Resolve queries from residents and clients via phone and email.
• Oversee job paperwork and verify that required materials and scaffolding are ready before work starts.

Required profile

• Solid background in administration.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and good IT proficiency.
• Proactive, team‑focused attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in social housing, maintenance or scheduling is desirable.

• Good IT skills.
