About the role
The Property Maintenance Coordinator will support a diverse estate portfolio, ranging from historic buildings to commercial and agricultural sites. This role combines project coordination, contractor management and compliance to ensure properties are well maintained and improved.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver both planned and reactive property maintenance activities.
- Manage contractors and oversee small refurbishment projects.
- Inspect properties and develop preventative maintenance programmes.
- Support property compliance, maintain accurate records and address tenant matters.
Required profile
- Experience in property, facilities or estate maintenance.
- Excellent people skills with a solution‑focused attitude.
- Proven ability to manage contractors or maintenance teams.
- Organised, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
