Property Maintenance Manager

About the role

This is a full‑time position managing the maintenance of a residential lettings portfolio in Bushey. You will be the primary contact for tenants, landlords and contractors, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and properties are kept to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all maintenance issues, keeping tenants, landlords and contractors informed.
• Arrange repairs, obtain and chase quotes, and oversee the completion of work to a high standard.
• Conduct regular property visits, produce clear reports and coordinate pre‑tenancy works.
• Manage a varied workload across multiple properties, prioritising tasks and deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience in property maintenance, residential management or facilities management (advantageous).
• Practical knowledge of repairs with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with tenants, landlords and tradespeople.
• Calm, organised approach when workload increases.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Sense of humour and a team‑oriented attitude.
