Property Management Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our client’s Property Management Department in South Woodford. The role involves overseeing rental portfolios, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily rent payments and chase overdue amounts.
• Handle maintenance enquiries and coordinate repairs.
• Manage safety certifications for gas and electricity.
• Organise tenancy renewals and end‑of‑tenancy check‑outs.
• Control property licence applications and serve Section 21/Section 8 notices.
• Prepare and submit court applications for possession and attend hearings.
• Liaise with locksmiths, bailiffs, and clients during appointments.
• Cross‑sell sales, lettings and property management services.
• Maintain service levels, positive reviews and accurate CRM reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record in team leadership and property management.
• Highly organised, results‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Industry‑recognised qualifications (NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential.
