Property Management Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management professional to lead a team of four Property Managers responsible for around 700 fully managed residential properties. This role combines people development, performance improvement and the delivery of outstanding customer service within a fast‑growing property business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, workloads and service standards.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, inspections and tenancy end processes.
• Handle escalated complaints and complex cases.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Report performance and provide updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in residential property management.
• Previous leadership, management or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and property‑management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving and team‑development approach.
• Good commercial awareness and KPI management experience.
